Room is quite spacious. Location near Sogo Mall. Cleanliness okay. To find the front door , there was an alley we have to go thru, and it wasnt nice.

I have sent email stating that I would check in at around 11, the hotel or system replied with OK. However, I still had to wait till 15o'clock to be able to check in. This is a self checkin hotel. There should be 3 bottles of water in the room, but only 2. No glasses in the room / bathroom, not even plastic ones ?

I have 4 concern.1.We couldn't rest properly because of the loud voices and laughter in the other room,2.theres is kettle but there is no coffee or tea,beside the kettle is dirty it's look like it's was used but wasn't wash.3.bad odor of toilet, there is no mat.4.bath towel is already old and unclean so we use it for drying our feet beside there is no rubber mat.So far this is the first worst hotel we encounterThe location is too far from the station.

Floor is STICKY!

Sticky floor, dirty fridge, dirty bathroom, hard mattress, no good view from room(booked room with window), entrance was hidden(outside entrance is dirty and is in the old building), environment looks dangerous. Overall, dirty and uncomfortable place to stay at. Definitely not coming back. Please clean the floor properly!

The room was dirty. There was a plastic bag over the smoke detector. It was hard to communicate to staff.

the toilet bolw is not clean, the tv is very old cannot watch properly, they dont clean the room very well

room is ok.only the receptionist i really don't like him..

it's our first time there and we don't have idea on the process before we can check in..need to scan tje ARC ,need to deposit on the machine..tje staff is just laughing on us!he did'nt entertain us well!

They put wrong location on the booking map so it is confusing when you arrive on the location

I like the room it is big.

They don't have enough supply of necessities (only plastic but no comb inside? no shaver? the cleaner do not check the necessities before leaving) for overnight staying, they don't have hot water for drinking coffee when they know it is winter we need hot water for drinking, it is not my first time to check-in in this hotel and they tell me they don't serve hot water? I am really disappointed to your hotel this time.

Dirty, run down, no service to speak off. Some of the rooms have no WiFi. TV is on its last leg with limited stations to choose from. No air conditioning between 11 am and 3 pm. Hot water in certain set hours only. The worst hotel ever.
